These terms govern your use of this public website ("Site") maintained by Concord Energy Services on behalf of participating New Jersey municipalities operating Government Energy Aggregation programs. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Informational use

Content on the Site is provided for general information about aggregation programs. Program specifics — including rates, suppliers, terms, and effective dates — are governed by the authorizing municipality's ordinance and supplier agreement. Where the Site and the authoritative program documents conflict, the program documents control.

Public forms and resident portal

Opt-in, opt-out, contact, and resident portal features are provided as a courtesy to residents of participating municipalities. Submissions are routed to authorized Concord staff and recorded for audit. Submitting a form does not by itself change your enrollment status; you will receive a confirmation number and a follow-up confirmation once your request is processed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to submit forms on behalf of another resident without authorization.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limiting, scrape resident data, probe security controls, or interfere with normal operation.
Do not upload malicious content or attempt to inject executable code.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Neither Concord Energy Services nor the participating municipalities warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every possible security issue. Utility service, meter reading, billing, and outage response are the responsibility of your electric or gas utility, not the aggregation program.

Third-party links and documents

Some pages link to program documents, utility websites, or state agency pages. Concord Energy Services is not responsible for content hosted on third-party sites.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as programs change or as required by applicable law. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
